ROY, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 28, 2000--Iomega Corporation (NYSE: IOM), a leader in smart, portable storage solutions, today announced shipment of its external ZipCD(TM) Universal Serial Bus (USB) CD-ReWritable (CD-RW) drive with the addition of Macintosh®-compatibility. The PC-compatible version of this product has been shipping since December, 1999, and now Iomega has added Macintosh-compatible software, making the drive a compatible optical storage solution for both PC and Macintosh® computer users.
